After completing a 4-year cookery apprenticeship at the Lion Hotel, Flynn now holds a senior Chef de Partie position at Adelaide’s newly opened Herringbone. Flynn completed his apprenticeship while studying Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with us at QTHC.
Flynn loves food, travel, customer interactions and the joy his creations bring to the dining public. Flynn has commented on his satisfaction with the personalised and flexible training approach provided by the Quality Training staff, something that we pride ourselves on.
