Access and Equity Policy

This Access and Equity Policy is based on providing and maintaining training services that reflect fair and reasonable opportunity for all clients and staff of The Quality Training and Hospitality College (QTHC), regardless of race, colour, religion, gender or physical disability allowing everyone to freely participate in training in a harassment free environment.

Code of Practice

This policy outlines Quality Training & Hospitality College’s code of practice.

Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure

This policy is based on Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) providing appropriate mechanisms and services for students to have complaints and appeals addressed efficiently, effectively and in a confidential manner.

External Support Services

QTHC recognises that students may have problems that do not directly concern the company but may negatively impact our students. In this instance QTHC will offer advice in referring students to appropriate external support groups for assistance.

Plagiarism Policy and Procedure

The purpose of this policy is to ensure a systematic approach to the treatment of plagiarism at Quality Training & Hospitality College.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the practices and procedures by which Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) will ensure the compliance with the relevant privacy legislation to protect the personal information and right to privacy of those which are detailed within this policy.

Reasonable Adjustment Policy and Procedure

This is the QTHC Reasonable Adjustment Policy, this document shows how we determine if reasonable adjustment is required and what examples of reasonable adjustment are.
