What is an Apprenticeship or Traineeship?

If you are looking for a rewarding career, an Apprenticeship or Traineeship is a great way to start, get on the job training and be paid to learn.

Apprenticeships and Traineeships combine structured training and paid employment over a period of 1 to 4 years. This leads to skills and qualifications that are nationally recognised across Australia and by other employers in the industry.

Training can commence from 15 years of age, with Apprenticeships and Traineeships also available to mature age candidates.

We are both a Registered Training Organisation and a Group Training Organisation, this means       we provide employment and training

> Employment entitlements such as annual leave & carers leave

Assigned to an industry consultant who will provide mentoring and support

If the Host employer is no longer able to provide employment we will find you a replacement         Host employer

There may be opportunity to switch Host employers to gain further skills and knowledge

 As our name suggests we specialise in hospitality, both front of house and commercial cookery. 


SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

> Train to become a cook in organisation’s such as:

> Restaurants

> Hotels

> Clubs

> Café/Coffee Shop


SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality

> Train to be competent in any of these areas:

> Espresso Coffee Machine Operator

> Food and beverage attendant

> Front desk receptionist

> Front office assistant

> Function attendant
